A quiet space

Take a Moment for Yourself

A few honest questions about your life, what you are carrying, and what you need now.

This is not an application.
It is not a test.

It is a quiet space to name what you carry — so that what feels blurred can start to become clear. There are no right answers. Only your own.

Step one — Reflect

Give yourself ten quiet minutes.

Choose the language that feels most natural to you.

Your answers will be read with care. They will not be shared publicly or used to identify you. You may skip any question that does not feel right for you.

Step two — Notice

What you name is already telling you something.

When you finish, read back what you wrote. Notice the one thing you returned to more than once — the sentence that felt truest, or the one that was hardest to write. That is usually where the real work begins.

You do not have to solve it today. Naming it clearly is enough for now.

Step three — A small next step

There is no pressure and no rush. When and if it feels right, one honest hour together — the NAWA Clarity Session — is a gentle place to begin.

This is a reflective space, not therapy, medical advice, or a diagnostic assessment.
